NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Haven Massage requires atleast 24 hours before the appointment to cancel your service. I understand that life happens and things come up! I need time to book another client in your spot. So all cancellations of less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your service cost. No shows will be charged 100% of your service cost.
